Returns
Defective items:
All defective items MUST be returned to the manufacturer of the item within 14 days, not to Kenon Hobby.
Restocking fee:
All returns to Kenon Hobby are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you are not certain about the use of an item, please contact either the manufacturer or Kenon Hobby. before you place an order.
Include receipt:
All returns or exchanges must include proof of purchase.
No exchange or return:
Only un-opened parts can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the purchase. There will be no return on any electrical item (anything that contains any type of wire or battery)
Claims must be prompt:
Inspect your merchandise immediatly upon recipt. Notify us of any shortages or discrepancies in your order within 2 working days of receipt. No claims after that.
